A retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with 20 years of military service and experience managing a $2 billion appropriation, Stephen holds an MBA in Finance and currently brings his deep expertise in capital formation, corporate strategy, and international scaling to the company's executive leadership team.

His distinguished background includes serving as a long-term General Contractor at the Indian Point Energy Center under strict nuclear regulatory frameworks, and pioneering advanced, first-in-the-nation sustainable energy and carbon-capture projects for Fortune 500 partners like Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages. Committed to civic leadership and community advocacy, Mark also exerts executive governance across prominent regional nonprofits, serving as Chairman and Executive Director of Big Apple Honor Flight to support U.S. military veterans and as a Board Director for Paramount Hudson Valley Arts.

His career highlights include serving as Chairman and CEO of Angostura USA Inc., as well as President and CEO of Angostura Limited, Angostura Spirits & Wine Inc., and Patone International Beverage Group. Wilma Yap Galang is an accomplished finance executive with more than 30 years of financial leadership and operational experience spanning startups, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and government contracting. Over the course of her career, Wilma has led finance organizations through periods of rapid growth and transformation, building the financial controls, operational discipline, and scalable systems that allow companies to expand with confidence.

As Vice President of Finance, Wilma oversees ICExtend's finance and accounting functions and serves as a strategic partner to the executive team. She guides financial planning, resource allocation, and business process improvement, bringing the rigor and accountability needed to support the company's commercialization and long-term growth.

Joseph Cascio is an engineer-turned-operator and corporate governance specialist with over 15 years of experience leading complex business transformations, digital operations, and first-of-a-kind implementations. As Chief Operating Officer of Giordano Industrial Services, Joseph successfully digitized field operations and grew the company’s large client base by over 150% while diversifying into the technology, beverage, and power generation sectors.

His extensive track record in fleet-scale program management includes holding owner-side accountability for a $1 billion energy and operational portfolio in the nuclear industry, where he helped build the units Project Management Office from the ground up and managed high-level liaisons with federal departments such as the Department of Energy and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
