Plan the ice.
Enjoy the gathering.

Plan the whole service window, not just the first pour. A temporary drinks station deserves a cooler routine that your team can follow.

Behind the drinks table

Give the cooling ice
a little more thought.

ICExtend is a blend of all-natural minerals applied to cooling ice around sealed bottles and cans. It is designed for a colder drink experience, without an electrical connection at the cooler.

Less ice handling is an intended benefit. The event plan still starts with your containers, refill access and service schedule.

Festivals & big crowds

When the guest list runs into thousands.

Festivals and large events fill stock tanks and troughs with ice long before the first guest arrives.

The blend goes on the cooling ice the same way in one tub or a whole row. Share your site plan and ice order, and we will start there.

Arrival / service / teardown

  1. Before arrival

Confirm your cooler and beverage packaging against current guidance. Plan ice storage and transport, then give the person preparing the station the current product directions.

  2. During service

Give staff a clear plan for checking and replenishing the sealed-drink station throughout service.

  3. At teardown

Know where the treated meltwater will go. Review current handling and disposal instructions with the venue before the event, not when it is time to leave.
